This course is built on the basis of a branching scenario where the main role is played by a new employee at CGIAR. He/She (depending on the client's preference) communicates with various employees within the organization, gathering information through conversations and solving problems/questions.
The entire concept of this course is to provide a clear picture of the organization's structure. If a mistake is made in any of the questions, i.e., if a different answer is chosen from the correct one, the course may guide the user to return to a specific slide. In these situations, a consequence that would occur in a real-life scenario can be presented as a result of the chosen answer.
The course itself does not have navigation; instead, progression is made by selecting one of the provided answers that guides us through the storyline.
As a form of gamification, we can incorporate points or a mood scale, and depending on the answers, users can earn points or change the disposition of characters in the course.
